We are currently active in select markets across ASEAN countries and expanding our footprint in Central Asia and South America. Our growing portfolio of renewable energy facilities includes over 1 GW of nameplate capacity in various stages of development; under construction, and contracted pre-construction, of high-quality renewable energy projects that are actively being advanced.

IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES

With a diverse and qualified team Green Ocean is actively engaged in identifying opportunities of power generation projects in Malaysia as an active player in the BIMP EAGA energy corridor. Our aim is to be the leading player which supplier and stores power for Malaysia Indonesia Philippines Singapore and Brunei. With that goal in mind, we have signed up for over 1GW of projects in our books and aggressively adding new portfolios.

DEVELOPMENT

When it comes to positioning and developing a project, we pride ourselves on completing an in-depth market analysis, identifying desirable locations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. We know the work we do up front pays big dividends as we move through the project cycle.

ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION

Throughout the engineering and construction phase, it all comes down to execution. We leave the work of experts to experts. We have a dedicated EPCMF partner ATCTECH Canada, whose sole responsibility is to ensure project management and project delivery. Our EPCMF partners take a flexible approach to construction that is fit-for-purpose and customized for each project. On our behalf, they proactively manage our projects and contractors in a way that allows us to focus equally on power generation, power supply, power transmission, safety, quality, schedules and budget.

FINANCING

Our team has deep experience and relationships across the financial spectrum, with proven capabilities in securing financing for unique and complex projects. Green Ocean takes advantage of market opportunities to finance its projects at more attractive terms and structures compared to our peers; by virtue of our internal team’s financial acumen and strong relationships in the financial sector. With Equitas Capital, New York, we know that we are working with a highly experienced team of banking & financial partners based out of the USA, Singapore as well as the Middle East.
